All athletes participating in dry land exercises must comply will all rules outlined in the Dry Land Agreement.  A copy of your signed agreement must be on file in order to participate.  For a copy please click on the Dry Land Agreement box below. 

Do each exercise 10 times. Start with 10 Burpees and continue to add 10 Burpees after each execise listed:

  • Side Lunges

  • Plank Taps

  • Russian Twist

  • Spider Lunges

  • Elevated Push Ups

  • Bicycle Crunches

  • Squats

  • Mountain Climbers

  • V-ups

  • Walk Outs
